Approach

The Elevate Method™: Our Approach

At Elevated Perspective, we recognize that change work can feel both meaningful and challenging. Our approach is designed to support people of all ages in understanding how their minds work, noticing patterns, and learning practical ways to respond with more clarity and self-awareness.

The Elevate Method™ draws from Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) principles, Conversational Tranceformation™, coaching, and educational tools.

Together, these elements create a structured, supportive way to explore beliefs, emotional responses, and habits, while building skills that can be practiced in everyday life.

This work is offered as a supportive space for learning, reflection, and growth.

The Elevate Method™

The Elevate Method™ is a 3-month guided approach designed to support understanding, reflection, and practice over time.

This framework allows space for an initial change work session, followed by integration and coaching-style follow-ups that support awareness, application, and ongoing learning.

The approach begins with a deeper exploratory session focused on understanding patterns and inner responses. From there, follow-up sessions are used to reflect, integrate insights, and practice new ways of responding in everyday life.

Drawing from Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) principles, Conversational Tranceformation™, and coaching tools, this work is offered as a supportive framework for learning, self-exploration, and skill-building over time.

What to Expect

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Many people come in feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or unclear about what’s underneath their challenges — that’s part of the process.

The Elevate Method™ is designed to meet you where you are. The work typically begins with exploration and understanding, then unfolds over time through reflection, integration, and practical, coaching-style support. Sessions are collaborative, paced to the individual, and focused on building awareness and skills you can apply in everyday life.

If you’re curious but not quite ready to book, you’re welcome to explore the work through free guided audios or learn more about how this approach may fit your needs on the FAQ page.

How People Often Begin

Most people begin in one of three ways:

  • By booking a Foundations session to explore what’s underneath
  • By listening to free guided audio to get a feel for the work
  • By reading and learning more at their own pace

There’s no right order — just the option that feels most supportive right now.

Investment in Long-Term Growth

The Elevate Method™ is an approach that allows space for exploration, reflection, and practice. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, this work supports learning how patterns operate and how change is integrated gradually through awareness and real-life application.

The 3-month structure offers continuity and support as insights are explored, tools are practiced, and new ways of responding are tested and refined over time.

How RTT® and Conversational Tranceformation™ Fit Into This Approach

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) and Conversational Tranceformation™ are two methods that inform the Elevate Method™. They are used to explore subconscious patterns, early learning, and belief structures that may influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and responses.

Within this approach, RTT® principles are typically used in initial exploratory sessions, while Conversational Tranceformation™ is often woven into follow-up and coaching-style conversations. Together, they support understanding, reflection, and awareness rather than quick fixes or outcome-driven change.

These methods are offered within a broader, paced framework that emphasizes integration, practical application, and ongoing practice over time.

Introducing The ELEVATE Method™

The Elevate Method™ is a guided, intuitive approach to change that adapts to each person and where they are in their process. Rather than following a fixed sequence or set of steps, this work is informed by the individual’s patterns, goals, and pace.

The approach draws from RTT® principles, Conversational Tranceformation™, coaching, and educational tools. These elements are used flexibly to support understanding, reflection, and practical application over time.

The Elevate Method™ is not a formula — it is a responsive framework designed to meet people where they are and support growth in a way that feels relevant, grounded, and sustainable.

Guided by:

Awareness
Noticing patterns, reactions, and internal responses — without judgment or pressure to change them right away.

Integration
Allowing insights to settle and be explored in real life, through reflection, conversation, and gentle adjustment over time.

    Understanding
Making sense of where patterns come from and how they’ve been shaped by experience, learning, and context.

      Practice
Applying new ways of responding in everyday situations, building familiarity and confidence through repetition rather than effort.
