What if my child is resistant to the process?

It’s natural for some children to feel unsure at first. That’s why sessions are designed to be engaging, non-judgmental, and tailored to their comfort level. Parents can help by framing RTT® as a supportive tool for their child’s personal growth rather than something “to fix them.”

Is RTT® a form of hypnosis?

Yes, RTT® uses a form of therapeutic hypnosis, which is simply a deeply relaxed state where the mind becomes more open to positive change. It’s similar to guided meditation and is completely safe. However, with children, much of the work focuses on mental rehearsal, guided visualization, and conversational transformation rather than deep hypnosis.

What if my child doesn’t show immediate changes?

Healing is a process, and transformation unfolds differently for everyone. Some children experience instant shifts, while for others, changes appear gradually over time as they reinforce new subconscious beliefs through their personalized transformation recording and coaching support.

What kind of results can I expect?

While every child’s journey is unique, common outcomes include:

  • Greater emotional regulation and reduced anxiety.
  • Increased self-confidence and self-worth.
  • Improved focus and motivation in school or personal goals.
  • Stronger communication and self-expression skills.
  • A sense of calm, clarity, and resilience when facing challenges.

Can I do RTT® while my child is also in traditional therapy?

Yes! RTT® is complementary to traditional therapy and can work alongside other therapeutic approaches. Many families find that RTT® helps their child make faster progress by addressing subconscious patterns that may not be accessible through traditional methods alone.

How many sessions will my child need?

Each child is unique, and results vary. Some children experience significant breakthroughs in just one session, while others may benefit from a structured program spanning several months to reinforce long-term change. Our Foundations for Elevation Call helps determine the best approach for your child’s specific needs.

Will I (the parent) be involved in the sessions?

Yes, to an extent. For our Family Support Program, sessions are split between parent guidance and child-focused RTT®/coaching. For other programs, parents will receive general updates, guidance, and tools to support their child’s progress, while session details remain confidential unless the child chooses to share.

What if my child doesn’t want to talk about their feelings?

Not all children feel comfortable expressing emotions verbally, and that’s okay. RTT® doesn’t rely solely on conversation—it uses guided visualization, mental rehearsals, and subconscious exploration to help children process emotions in a way that feels natural and non-threatening.
