How is Conversational Tranceformation™ different from RTT®?

Both RTT® and Conversational Tranceformation™ are powerful tools for creating deep and lasting change—but they work in slightly different ways and suit different needs.

🌀 RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a structured therapeutic method that uses guided hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, identify root causes of emotional blocks, and reframe them. It’s highly effective for uncovering and releasing deep-seated beliefs—especially those formed in childhood. Sessions often include regression, dialogue with the subconscious, and a personalized audio recording to reinforce the changes.

🗣️ Conversational Tranceformation™, on the other hand, uses metaphor, story, and reflective language to create change through focused, present-moment conversation. There’s no formal hypnosis or regression. Instead, it works through co-regulation, curiosity, and subconscious shifts that happen through safe, meaningful interaction. It’s especially well suited for children, teens, or adults who are more comfortable with a lighter, collaborative approach.

In essence:

  • RTT® is deep, directive, and works well for clients ready to dive into subconscious reprogramming.
  • Conversational Tranceformation™ is gentle, relational, and ideal for those who benefit from subtle, conversational shifts.

Both methods aim for the same outcome—lasting emotional freedom and clarity—but use different routes to get there. Depending on your goals, I may recommend one approach or a blend of both.
